If your class is no longer listed under "Active" please try the following:
Check to see if your class is listed under "Archived." Classes are archived approximately one month after the class ends. If your class is still in session but has been archived by mistake, please contact us.
If your class is not listed under "Active" or "Archived," but you are still enrolled in the class at your school, please contact us. The only way you could have been removed from the class, is if your instructor removes you from your class or your instructor has requested that our team remove you from your class. Please note, before we can grant you access to your class again, we will need to verify your class status with your instructor.
