Adding a Material to your Class

Materials are documents that you can add to your class that students can access.

 

Creating a New Material

  1. On the Materials page, click "+Add Material" in the top right corner.

  2. Click "Create New."

  3. In the Material Name section, enter the name of the material (this will be visible to both you and students).

  4. In the Content/Description section, paste in text or write any content in the rich text editor.

  5. This box cannot be left blank. If you plan on just adding an attachment, please write a description of the attachment in this box.

  6. In the Attachments section

  7. Choose a file that has been previously uploaded from your Attachment Library drop down

  8. To upload a new file to your Attachment Library click "Insert Attachment"

  9. Choose the file from your device.

  10. The file will upload, please wait just a moment.

  11. Click in your Attachment Library drop down and select the file.

  12. Click "Create."

Note: Materials cannot be edited once created. If you need a material edited, please contact us.

 

Adding a Material Previously Created

  1. On the Materials page, click "+Add Material" in the top right corner.

  2. Click into your Material Library drop down.

  3. Select the material you'd like to add.

  4. Click "Add."
