RESOLVED: Account Creation Issue

All times listed in this article are eastern daylight time. This page will be updated as more information becomes available. There is no need to contact us, we are working to address the issue.

 

3/7/2023 at 6:15 pm: The account creation process has been fully updated is back to normal operation.


 

3/6/2023 at 8:30pm: Account access has been granted for all users who created an account during this update process. If you previously were unable to login, you should now be able to do so using the credentials you created your account with.

3/6/2023 at 9:15am: Due to an update to our third party authentication provider's service, new user accounts are not able to be created. We will be working to update the account creation portal in Pops and keep users updated.


Existing users are able to access the application without issue.
