If you are having issues accessing Pops, first try the following steps that may resolve the issue:
Make sure you are in the Chrome browser (it is the only browser we support for non-mobile devices).
On the page that is trying to load, right click and click “Inspect”
On the pop up that opens, click over to the “Application” tab (green arrow below)
On the left, click “Storage” (pink arrow below)
Then click “Clear site data” (yellow arrow below)
Refresh the page
